The VirnetX 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 9:00 am. Pacific Daylight Time. The meeting will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Click here for group rates and booking information.

Registration for the meeting will start at 8:00 am.

To attend the meeting you must be a VirnetX stockholder as of the record date for the Annual Meeting, Thursday, April 14, 2016. Each stockholder will be required to provide a valid picture identification, such as a driver's license or passport, and verification of stock ownership as of the record date.

Only stockholders of record of VirnetX as of the close of business on the record date, April 14, 2016 (the "Record Date"), are entitled to vote shares (held as of the Record Date) at the annual meeting. 

If you hold shares as the beneficial owner through a bank or broker (that is, in "street name" through the Depositary Trust Company ("DTC")) then you are not a stockholder of record.  You must either (A) instruct your bank or broker to vote shares that you beneficially own as of the Record Date via the record holder, DTC, or (B) obtain a "legal proxy" from the record holder, DTC, to vote your shares beneficially owned as of the Record Date at the annual meeting.

Please note the use of cell phones, smartphones, pagers, recording and photographic equipment and/or computers is not permitted in the meeting room at the Annual Meeting.
